Home made cupcakes
π₯My sister and i decided to make cupcakes together.
π₯we took help from youtube for that.
π₯ First, all the necessary things were brought.
Ingredients
- Flour - 110g
- Softened butter -110g
- Golden caster sugar -110g
- 2 large eggs
- Vanilla extract harf tsp
For the butter cream
- 150g butter
- 300g icing sugar
- 1tsp vanilla
- 3tbsp milk
π₯First,we heat oven to 180c /160c fan l gas 4 and fill a 12 cupcakes tray with cases.
π₯Using an electric whisk beat 110g softend butter and 110g golden caster sugar together until pale and fluffy then whisk in 2 large eggs, one at a time, scraping down the sides of the bowl after each addition.
π₯ Add harf tsp vanilla extract, 110g self raising flour and a pinch of salt , whisk until just combined them spoon the mixture in to the cupcake cases.
π₯Bake for 15 mins until golden brown and a skewer inserted in to the middle of each cake comes out clean.leave to cool complete on a wire rack.
π₯To make the butter cream , whisk 150g softened butter until super soft then add 300g icing sugar. 1tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
π₯Whisk together until smooth ( start off slowly of avoid an icing sugar cloud ) then beat in 3tbsp milk.
π₯If wanting to colour, stir in the food colouring now.spooner pipe on to the cooled cupcakes.
π₯We are now done making cupcakes...πππ
